TOTAL PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION:
The guest must pay the full amount of the reservation, including the deposit, prior to arrival at the rural accommodation with the symbol number TR 298 of the tourist accommodation catalog of the Community of Madrid described at the beginning of this document.

REFUNDS:
If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less before the reservation date, the cost of the reservation will not be refunded, nor will the reservation date be changed.
If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before the reservation date, the reservation date may be changed or a full refund of the reservation cost may be issued, less the return shipping cost of €150 per reservation.
If the guest, for any reason, justified or unjustified, must leave the accommodation and cannot use all the days stipulated in their reservation, neither the reservation amount nor the amount corresponding to the days not used will be refunded.

ACCOMMODATION RULES:
Casa Serenna may only be occupied by the number of people indicated in the reservation (both adults and children). Under no circumstances may this number be exceeded.
In the event that the number of occupants of the rented house exceeds the number indicated in the contract and declared in the entry document and, consequently, in the registration forms submitted to the authorities, the OWNER reserves the right to refuse admission and will notify the authorities, exempting themselves from any incident that may occur at Casa Serenna resulting from overcrowding. The house is provided with facilities, spaces, and furnishings appropriate to the capacity for which it was rented. Any improper use of the house will not entitle the CLIENT to any claim. On the contrary, in the event of any damage caused by improper use by the CLIENT, the CLIENT assumes responsibility and will be responsible for the full cost of any necessary repairs.

OTHER RULES FOR USE AND LIVING ARE ESTABLISHED:
Respect, at all times, for peace and quiet, as well as socializing with other people who may be staying in apartments adjacent to Casa Serenna. For this reason, parties are not permitted.
The CLIENT must be diligent and careful with the use of electricity, heating, air conditioning, water, and firewood.
For the safety of the building and apartments, the CLIENT must ensure that the entrance door and windows are properly closed, especially when leaving, just as they would in their own home.
Leaving trash in the apartment, garden, or on the street next to the entrance door is prohibited. The CLIENT agrees to dispose of their trash bags in one of the nearby containers.
The CLIENT must respect the furnishings and amenities of the apartment. We want all our guests, just like you, to find maximum comfort and cleanliness. Due to the location of the property, the use of any type of pyrotechnic material (firecrackers, flares, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
In the event of evidence of VANDALISM, NOISE, DISTURBANCE, FOUNDED COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS, or INCAPABLE USE of the property and its furnishings, the owners reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time, and tenants must vacate the property immediately. The OWNER reserves the right to refuse or cancel stays that do not comply with the rules of coexistence, at any time and without the possibility of a refund.
The OWNER is not responsible for personal belongings left in the property by GUESTS, nor for any items they may have left behind.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in to Casa Serenna will be from 3:00 PM on the first day of the contract (whenever possible) and check-out will be by 12:00 PM on the last day of the contract (if no check-in is available for that day, the client may leave the accommodation a few hours later). If the client does not leave the accommodation by 12:00 PM on the check-out date, the owner may request an additional day's payment from the client.
